Please read each of the following categories before starting the application.
LEASE APPLICATION PROCESS
During the open application period, all submitted applications enter a pending review phase. Any additional applications received during this time are waitlisted in the order they are received.
Once an applicant is approved, the application process for that property closes, and we’ll promptly notify you of the outcome.
General Qualifications
• Each prospective resident, age 18 years and older or emancipated minor, must submit a Lease Application and qualify as an individual. No exceptions.
• Fair Isaac Company (FICO) score of 640 or higher.
• No unlawful detainer (eviction) filings or judgments.
• Previous landlord(s) must be paid in full.
• Background reports, provided by applicant or anyone acting on behalf of applicant, will not be honored. No exceptions.
• Co-signers are required to complete a separate Lease Application and sign the Lease Agreement as a Guarantor (if applicable).
• If General and/or Income qualifications are not met, a co-signer may be required.
Income Qualifications
• Applicant’s gross monthly income must be, at least, three (2.5) times the monthly rent amount.
• Employed applicants must provide proof of income through employer payroll stubs.
• Self-employed applicants must provide proof of income through the most recent three months of bank statement and/or the most recent tax filing.

• Employee Applicant: Provide two (2) months of most recent employment payroll stubs.
• Self-employed Applicant: Provide three (3) months of most recent personal bank statements and/or most recent tax filing.

• Cash WILL NOT be accepted as a form of payment.

AS-IS CLAUSE
BlankPage Property Management properties listed for lease are in “as is” condition. Prospective tenants can inspect the unit/property during the property showing, but Housing Provider or BlankPage Property Management will not make or pay for any repairs, cleaning, corrections, or replacements, except where there is a written agreement for maintenance/repair items. Verbal representations are non-binding and will not be considered.
REQUESTS PRIOR TO CONTRACTUAL ACCEPTANCE
All requests related to the property must be communicated in writing to BlankPage Property Management before submitting a Lease Application for review. Written requests will be conveyed to Owner(s) for review and a response at their discretion.
NEIGHBORHOOD CONDITIONS
Applicants are advised to satisfy themselves as to neighborhood or area conditions, including schools, proximity and adequacy of law enforcement, crime statistics, registered felons or offenders, fire protection, other governmental services, proximity to commercial, industrial or agricultural activities, existing and proposed transportation, construction and development which may affect noise, view, or traffic, airport noise, noise or odor from any source, wild and domestic animals, other nuisances, hazards, or circumstances, facilities and condition of common areas, conditions and influences of significance to certain cultures and/or religions, and personal needs, requirements and preferences of applicant.

Note that NOT all BlankPage Property Management properties allow pets. If applicants intend to have pets, please notify a BlankPage representative prior to submitting a Lease Application.
Scanning Fee

Administration costs to obtain, process, review, and verify applicant's reports: $23.00
